
Mark graduated from Jacksonville University with majors in both Business and Economics and received a minor in Finance Administration. In 1998, Mark was selected as a finalist in the Ernst & Young nationally sponsored Entrepreneur of the Year program. He was elected to the Board of Directors of MCAA in 1999. He has served the MCAA in a variety of roles including President, Vice President, Treasurer, Convention Committee Chair and Executive Leadership Series Chair. Mark was instrumental in creating an "alignment" with the NFIB who assists the MCAA in its lobbying efforts and has expanded the Membership Benefits Program. Mark volunteers his time to the N.Y. State Messenger & Courier Association (NYSMCA) assisting the Department of Transportation on issues that affect the flow of commercial traffic in Manhattan. In 2005 Mark chaired the NYSMCA Committee that worked with the NY State Department of Labor and created Guidelines for the utilization of Independent Contractors (IC’s) for the messenger/courier industry. Mark was inducted into the MCAA “Courier Hall of fame” in 2009. The Courier Hall of Fame was created to honor the men and women who founded and shaped and both MCAA and the industry as a whole.
Mark is married, the proud father of two girls and an avid golfer.
